The ZTE Nubia Z17 has had its share of rumours and leaks till now and with a launch scheduled for the First of June we expect to see more of it. Today a new photo of a live Z17 was spotted over at Weibo which showed the device in action.
The above picture quite clearly shows a Nubia Z17 powered on with even the red capacitive home button clearly visible. As was rumoured the device does have exceptionally small side bezels while retaining a chin and a forehead bezel.
On the hardware front, the Z17 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with an Adreno 540 GPU. There are two models with 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM respectively with 128 GB of internal storage. The display is a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080 x1920) LTPS panel. On the rear, it features twin 12-megapixel sensors and for selfie duties, it is outfitted with a 16-megapixel sensor up front. To power all this hardware the Z17 packs in a 3100mAh battery and finally for the OS, it has Nubia UI based on Android v.7.1.1, Nougat.

Apart from all this, the handset is expected to carry at least an IP 67 certification for dust ingress and water resistance whilst there are rumours that it might even be certified as high as IP69 due to a leaked video showing the device running submerged under water.
