Yesterday, we had reported that Xiaomi plans to launch the Mi Note 3 alongside the Mi MIX 2. In a brand new leak, today courtesy Chinese microblogging site Weibo we have our first glimpse of the retail box package.
As we can see in the above images the smartphone will be retailed in a simple black box with minimum text up front. The rear though divulges some interesting details to reveal about the handset.
Till now it was rumoured that the Mi Note 3 would come packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 series SoC but the retail box lists the Snapdragon 660. The chipset is complemented by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. The device will also feature a dual camera at the back. The display on the phablet device is likely to be in excess of 5.7-inches although other details about it are still elusive. Also, the display panel is likely to be under a layer of curved 2.5D Corning’s Gorilla Glass.
