Whatsapp’s recent update via Google Play Beta channel provides some adequate information about the new Whatsapp Business service. This is following the company’s announcement few months ago that they are currently testing a new feature which will allow users to communicate with businesses.

WhatsApp Small and Medium Business for Android.
Note that this is a new application and it's not available yet.

WABetaInfo claims that the new app will not only be available on both Android and iOS but even on Windows Phone.
Kind enough, the company will also allow users to use both app on the same smartphone without them having to choose what account should remain active. But it is still kinda sketchy whether we can use the same account for business and personal transactions or made a dedicated business account to take advantage of the business feature. We’ll see about that when the app became official.
Whatsapp recently published a FAQ which tells us more about the verified business accounts. You can find it here. The FAQ page also states that the company is already starting to verify number of businesses which agreed to participate in the pilot program.
