Motorola has been having a busy time, flush with regular releases in various markets and a regular string of leaks. Today, it is the MOTO E4 Plus which is in the spotlight. The handset has been subject to earlier leaks which told us about its, mammoth battery, specifications and what it would look like.

Now, a Twitter account has posted a tweet (below) stating the price of an unlocked MOTO E4 Plus in the UK which it alleges would set you back by about £160 (~₹13,250).

This information has yet to be confirmed officially thus we suggest everyone take this news with due discretion. The MOTO E4 Plus would have been one of the cheapest smartphones by Motorola if it were released last year but this year the title goes to the MOTO C lineup.

The MOTO E series instead now sits as the premium budget smartphone offering by the Lenovo company featuring a metal back, fingerprint scanner, HD display and 4G VoLTE support at a relatively inexpensive price-point. Users will also get a close to stock Android experience although due to the MediaTek SoC at the heart of the device, custom ROM support might get a little constricted.
