Samsung added a new Galaxy On smartphone is to its budget segment line-up, with the name Galaxy On Max. It was officially launched yesterday exclusively on Flipkart. Samsung highlighted 4GB Ram and  f/1.7 Camera prowess of the device in all its advertising posters. Take a look at other features below.

Galaxy On Max specifications:

Galaxy On Max sports a 5.7 inch large, Full HD (1920* 1080)display, a Fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button, and a 13-megapixel selfie camera of f/1.9 aperture and also a LED flash on the front. Internally, it has MediaTek MTK P25 Octa-core Processor, 4GB Ram and 32GB inbuilt storage expandable up to 256GB, using a microSD card. Coming to the rear camera, it has a f/1.7 aperture lens, which company claims to provide Flagship like camera performance at the budget price. It further comes with a 3300 mAh Battery, Samsung Pay Mini, Dual Sim slots, 4G Volte and a Micro USB port, Standard WI-Fi, Bluetooth and a 3.5 mm Jack. The smartphone weighs 178 grams with dimensions 156*78*8.1mm and looks similar to other Galaxy On series smartphones.

Additionally, The smartphone also comes with Samsung Pay Mini and Social camera mode. The new social camera mode allows the users to instantly share their clicked pictures, to their favorite social networks. This camera mode also comes with live sticker support.

Price and availability:

The price of Samsung Galaxy On Max in India is Rs 16,999, for Black and Gold color variants. Further, It will be available exclusively on Flipkart, starting at Midnight on July 10th with few launch offers.

Similarities with J7 Max:

On comparison, most of the features of Galaxy On Max are in line with J7 Max. Except for the camera’s, Processor and 4GB Ram; it is merely a rebranded J7 Max regarding all other specs. Considering the price, this smartphone competes with Moto G5 plus, Oppo F3, J7 Max and J7 Prime.
