Mobile World Congress is all set to commence from tomorrow and we know that Samsung is not launching the Galaxy S8 in the mobile event. But according to a new leak, Samsung is offering early bird access to a few lucky people. A separate specification list of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has also surfaced online.
Leaker Evan Blass has tweeted an image of what looks like a sign-up page for users to be notified about the latest developments about the Galaxy S8. Furthermore, the image features a Galaxy S8 silhouette which once again confirms the bezel-less design of the Galaxy S8 and the omission of the home button on the front of the smartphone.
Samsung might give a few users a sneak peak of the Galaxy S8 for those who sign-up during the press conference today(February 26).
Meanwhile, popular tech Youtuber TechnoBuffalo claimed to have obtained the specifications of the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8+ from a reliable source. The specifications are very much as expected and the Galaxy S8 and the S8+ differ only in the display size. The Galaxy S8 sports a 5.8 inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution while the S8 Plus sports a 6.2 inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution. Samsung produces the best smartphone displays presently and it would be interesting to see how Samsung improvises on the already great display.
The Galaxy S8 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC/ Exynos 8895 according to the location in which you live in. They are expected to come with 4GB of RAM and 64 Gigs of internal storage which is expandable upto 128GB using a micro SD card. The Flagship smartphone is expected feature a 12-megapixel dual-rear cameras and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone is expected to be released in April.
