Samsung today at its press conference at MWC, 2017 announced that its upcoming flagship smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S8 & Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will be launched on March 29, 2017 at the New York “unpacked” event. Samsung also sent out press invites with a teaser video which doesn’t reveal much about the device but confirms its near-bezelless design once again.
Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8 Plus will also be confirmed to have display with rounded corners. Other rumored specs and features for the S8 include a dock that turns the phone into a desktop device, a digital assistant named Bixby, and a bigger version of the smartphone called the S8 Plus. The Samsung Galaxy S8 will supposedly have a 5.8-inch display, while the larger device will have a 6.2-inch display. A leaked spec sheet for the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus also lists a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 3,500 mAh battery while 3,000 mAh on the smaller S8.
