Samsung Galaxy Note8 punchline
Do bigger things

We are right on the eve of the Samsung Galaxy Note8’s Unpack event and the hype-train does not stop. Noted tipster @evleaks has delivered images of the flagship phablet in a brand new Orchid Grey finish.

Thanks to this latest tweet, not only can we see the device in a brand new colour but how everything is placed on the handset, relative to each other. The front display still has black bezels irrespective of the frame being Orchid Gray but this is something we have seen before in the Samsung Galaxy S8 range of smartphones.

We get our first good look at the dual camera set up with the fingerprint scanner next to it. Although it looks like there will be a physical separation between the two, the unergonomic placement of the module combined with the height of the device will take some getting used to. The display as we can see is the new “tall” Infinity Display type which once again debuted with the Galaxy S8 range. This time though it is a 6.3-inch Super-AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1440 x2960.
