CF Auto Root is one of the most successful method of rooting Samsung, Nexus & Motorola devices only. As each device has different rooting procedures, Chainfire has made CF Auto Root zip for each device. This method might seem complicated but it’s very easy. You will require Samsung Odin in this method.

Step 1. Goto CF Auto Root page, Press Ctrl+F & type in your device name. (Please match exact device code too)

Step 2. Download the CF Auto Root file next to the device name. Now that you have CF Auto Root & odin downloaded, Go to Step 3.

Step 3. Turn off your Android device & boot into download mode. (For Samsung device: Vol down+Home+Power).

Step 3. Launch Odin & check “Auto Reboot” & “F:Reset Time”. Click on PDA & locate the CF Auto Root downloaded file.

  5. Wait for the result. If it’s a success, your device will reboot and you can now disconnect your android device from your PC.
  6. Check if you are successfully rooted by downloading and installing Root Checker app from Play Store.

  • No, you don’t need any specific ROM. If you have TWRP recovery, you can easily root your smartphone by flashing SuperSU zip.

    The closest I got to any root was using KingRoot. Not KingoRoot. Only problem I had was it was unrooted after reboot. Yes, KingRoot was that close, but I think my bootloader is locked and no way to unlock it. LG Rebel phone.

    • To unlock the device use fastboot oem unlock method using ADB fastboot tool.

    Hi, I have tried almost every method nut nothing helped. the phone karbonn titanium s1 plus is rooted with limited access, it says with the root checker. also in kingo method the phone hangs mid way after couple of restarts & then goes into deep sleep. I dont have CWM recovery for this phone. so please help urgently. thanks in advance.
