Samsung just launched the much awaited Galaxy Note 8. Hopefully, things are now more stable and exploding batteries doesn’t deserve go onboard.

This is the company’s one last chance to clean the “Galaxy Note” reputation from the unfortunate Note 7 debacle last year. The Galaxy Note 8 is a stunner in terms of hardware and design. Granted this is a Galaxy Note, the phone will also get Samsung’s Note exclusive pre-installed goodies out of the box. That means, Note 8 users will get the most possible “on the go” experience with preloaded productivity apps.

But if you are one of those people who is still haunted and traumatized by Note 7’s secret feature (a pocketable nuclear weapon), folks from XDA has something for you. And you don’t have to go digging some gold bars to do it.
