Nubia N1 Lite

Nubia N1 Lite has been launched in India at an event organized by Nubia India on Monday. The Nubia N1 Lite, as the name suggests is the smaller version of the Nubia N1. The Nubia N1 Lite is launched in India as an Amazon-exclusive and will be available on the e-commerce site at Rs. 6,999. The smartphone will be available to buy on the e-commerce site from 12.00pm IST on Monday itself. The main talking points of the smartphone are a fingerprint scanning support, soft-light front flash just like the Moonlight flash, and a 3000mAh battery.

Nubia N1 lite sports a sleek design with metal edges. The fingerprint scanner is housed at the back of the device, right below the camera. The company claims that it can unlock the smartphone in 0.3 seconds. The speaker is situated at the back, and the power and volume buttons are housed on the right edge. Also, the 3.5mm audio jack is housed on the top edge of the smartphone.

For the specifications, the Nubia N1 Lite comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and sports a 5.5-inch display, the screen resolution however has been downgraded from full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) to HD (720×1280 pixels) from the Nubia N1. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor , and comes with 2GB of RAM.

In camera department, Nubia N1 lite sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture tagged with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera at front with soft-light flash support and camera beauty filter as well. The Nubia N1 lite features 16GB of inbuilt storage with the option to expand further via a microSD slot upto 32GB.

Nubia N1 Lite launched by Nubia India, comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and not Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. This is a big let down as the phones launched in this price range should come with Android 7.0 Nougat. Stay tuned to know more about the Nubia N1 Lite.
