There has been different versions of stories surrounding the Nokia 9 and it’s all about the RAM. Earlier reports pointed out that Nokia 9 might have a minimum of 6GB of RAM considering that Nokia’s latest budget smartphone, Nokia 6, has 4GB. But these rumors has since been debunked as recent leaks from Antutu benchmark suggest that Nokia 9 might have at least 4GB RAM.
The 4GB RAM has been the sweet spot for company flagships like Samsung, so there’s no doubt Nokia will follow the same path. But when the Nokia 9 with 8GB of RAM hits the Geekbench, we are in scarcity of reason as to why there is a huge leap from the usual 4GB to 8GB of RAM, and that’s where 6GB variant rumors rises again.
But now, its seems like that it wasn’t just a rumour. Latest leak from Geekbench suggest that Nokia 9 might actually have 6GB variant. Appeared again for the third time as “Unknown Heart”, Nokia 9 is said to pack the latest highest performing Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 coupled with 6GB of RAM under its hood. We don’t know what’s going on with HMD but these leaks might just be some prototypes under testing by the company to look for the sweeter spot.
