Motorola Moto G5 is one of the most hot devices in the budget to mid range category. The Motorola Moto G series has always been a hit since it’s introduction as original Moto G. Now in 2017, the company is preparing to launch the 5th generation of Moto G smartphones. It was already leaked many times previously with all the specifications.
Now the Motorola Moto G5 has been spotted visiting the benchmarking site Geekbench. It is listed as Motorola Moto G (5) on the Geekbench. As per the Geekbench listing, the Motorola Moto G5 comes with 2GB of RAM in it. There is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430(MSM8937) chipset. The Geekbench listing also reveals Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box.

The MWC event from Lenovo / Motorola is scheduled to happen on 27th February. As per earlier leaks, there could be two different variants of Moto G5 for different countries. Brazil will by default have a different variant than other regions. It is also expected to be available for purchase soon after the MWC. India launch hasn’t been announced yet but it will surely be announced sometimes after the MWC event.
