We have been deluged with information regarding Motorola’s launches recently. Today it is the turn of the MOTO E4, noted tipster Roland Quandt recently tweeted a detailed specifications sheet for the handset along with a hint at its launch date and Canadian pricing.

From the tweet (above) we can confirm almost everything that was known about the smartphone, such as, the MediaTek MT6737M SoC that is packed into the device coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128 GB). The MOTO E4 has a 5.0-inch HD (720 x1280) IPS panel based display clad under a layer of Gorilla Glass 3. On the camera front, the E4 has an 8-megapixel sensor at the back with autofocus and a LED flash. For selfie duties and video calling the device has a 5-megapixel shooter up front. The device will come with a removable Li-Ion 2800mAh battery running on a close to stock Android v.7.1.1, Nougat build. The standard Motorola oleophobic coating makes a comeback as well. Interestingly the specifications mention NFC support but it is marked as limited to certain markets.
Apart from this, the tweet mentions that the MOTO E4 will start shipping on July 17 which implies a reveal in a month if not in the coming weeks. It also states that the smartphone will carry a price tag of CAD 249.99 (~$185) in Canada for the unlocked model. This puts all the chips on the table regarding the MOTO E4 which was leaked earlier with similar specifications but with the European price tag of €150.
