Finally, Xiaomi’s Mi Max 2 32 GB has now been launched in India. The massive phablet will be sold at an introductory price of Rs 12,999 on September 20 at 12 PM. Buyers can look for the phone on Amazon, Mi.com as well as Mi Home. The actual price of the phone is Rs 14,999. It isn’t known whether the discount will continue after September 20. The Mi Max 2 32 GB is exactly the same phone that is the Mi Max 2 64 GB, but with lower storage. All rest remains the same, both in looks and components.

As a refresher, the Mi Max 2 lineage is known for its stamina. The two generation old lineup usually gets huge 5,000 mAh batteries with huge 6.4-inch displays. The Mi Max came with a 4,850 mAh battery, while the Mi Max 2 takes it up a notch and packs in a 5,300 mAh juice pack. To accentuate that, the battery is backed up by Quick Charge 3.0 which promises charge up to 68% in 1 hour. Apart from the bigger battery and bigger screen, it is the Mi Note 4 in spirit.

The Mi Max 2 also provides a decent camera experience. At the back it has a 12 MP rear shooter with dual-tone LED flash. The front has a 5 MP shooter for selfies and video calling.
