The Meizu M6 Note will be launching tomorrow in China and the company had teased us a couple days earlier with a cryptic statement,
The Meizu M6 Note will debut some very exciting changes for our M-series. One will be in the camera department, whereas the other is related to the processor.
It seems today the gig is up thanks to @Slashleaks who leaked a placard today which states there will be three variants of the M6 Note.
Yesterday, we had received a report that the device will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC courtesy Geekbench. Earlier, thanks to the company’s past history it was speculated that the handset would feature a MediaTek SoC. Today’s leak confirms that both are true and that the device will come in three variants, two of them with the Qualcomm chipset and one of them with the MediaTek.
The base model of the M6 Note comes with the MediaTek Helio P25 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The other two variants come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625. One of these variants comes with the same 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space while the top of heap model will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of memory.
Apart from the chipset, it has been confirmed that the M6 Note will feature a dual camera at the rear and a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080 x1920) display. Out of the box, the handset would be running on Android v.7.x, Nougat most likely under the company’s proprietary Flyme UI. All this hardware would most likely be powered by a 4000mAh non-removable battery.
