HTC’s two latest upcoming toys, the HTC U11+ and U11 Life have been in the news lately. But this new leak bares it all. The launch of either of the two phones is expected the next day. HTC has been teasing U11 Plus particularly as it is 100% flagship material.
As often as it happens these days, today’s leak gives us live images of the two phones. And the images come from a Swiss publication called Blick Digital. The HTC U11+ can easily be seen sporting a bezel-less design or 18:9 aspect ratio display. But, it isn’t rounded at the corners making it somewhat less appealing.
It is also said to come with Edge Sense, the squeeze feature that HTC debuted earlier this year with the HTC U11. Only, this time around, it should be even more improved. The image shows an app shortcut feature which may or may not be related to squeeze. But, we’ll find out soon. Also, the phone is set to come with Android Oreo pre-installed.
The HTC U11+ has passed TENAA where its spec sheet is clearly visible. On the other hand, the HTC U11 Life that will debut under Android One project also got leaked on T-Mobile. Also, the image shows the phone to adorn the typical HTC design we’ve seen in other recent handsets. Furthermore, the fingerprint reader is situated on the front and it will run a clean version of Android.
The HTC U11+ will cost 730 Euros or $850 while the mid-range HTC U11 Life will cost 369 Euros or $429. The original source has a complete video of the two handsets. However, we couldn’t embed the video so we have it linked in the source at the end of the article.
