LG launched the LG G6 earlier this year at a price of Rs. 51,990. In the last week of May we witnessed a discount of Rs.10,000, in celebration of LG’s 20th anniversary in India. Now, the price of the LG G6 has gone further down to Rs.38,990 with an effective discount of Rs.13,000 on Amazon. This offer is valid on both the astro black and the ice platinum variants.

With the OnePlus 5 to be launched in about 10 days, LG wants to make the maximum use of this time frame and sell more G6 units. LG has also announced no cost EMI options on Bajaj Finance cards with EMI prices starting at just Rs.3,800 a month. Notably, Reliance Jio users will also get upto 100GB of 4G data according to the offer. The offer is limited and is expected to end later today.

The LG G6 sports a 5.7 inch Full Vision display with Quad HD resolution. The display is a little bit taller and offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is fuelled by a 3,300mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0.

The LG G6 is powered by the Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of built in storage which can be expanded using a microSD card.

As for optics, the flagship smartphone features dual 13-megapixel cameras on the back which consists of a wide angled lens and a standard lens both offering f/1.8 aperture. The cameras are capable of capturing 4K video and feature Optical Image Stabilisation. The LG G6 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with UX 6.0 on top.
