We had previously received intimation from Huawei that it plans to launch a flagship on the 16th of October. Today, their intentions were fully revealed with a shot of their past flagships till the upcoming Mate 10 in a single ascending sequence. The Chinese telecom giant could not resist taking a jab at Samsung and their Galaxy line of smartphones though.

The image comes to us courtesy of Huawei Australia who had tweeted the image with the caption #beyondthegalaxy above a yet unspecified model. This is most likely alluding to the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro launch as stated earlier.

Currently, there are scant few details regarding the Mate 10 and the Mate 10 Pro although it is quite apparent that the handset with debut with the companies latest HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC. The chipset would be competing with the cream of Qualcomm’s and MediaTek’s silicon and supposedly features a strong emphasis on AI.

Currently, there are a few known details of the Huawei Mate 10; Its dual rear camera setup which the company does not forget to remind us, is in conjunction with the renowned camera brand, Leica. Apart from this though we will have to be patient regarding hardware specifications and other details about the smartphone which should leak closer towards the launch.
