On April 10th, Huawei launched the Enjoy 7 Plus in China. Today the smartphone has received a refresh with the introduction of a superior model. It is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 15,970) and enjoys moderate specs for the price.
The Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution(720 x 1280 pixels). It is powered by the Snapdragon 435 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone provides 64GB of internal storage with support for microSD expansion. The Enjoy 7 Plus that was launched on April 10 included the same processor but came with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and was priced at CNY 1,599(roughly Rs.14,000).
The Enjoy 7 Plus runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Huawei’s custom UI on top, and is made of metal. It includes a fingerprint scanner, which is placed on the rear of the device.
As for optics, it houses a 12-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and an 8-megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calls. The Huawei Enjoy 7 is fuelled by a massive 4000mah battery, which should provide great battery life considering the battery optimisation Android Nougat brings to the table.
Taking a look at the hardware, the power button and the volume rockers are situated to the right, while an USB port along with two speaker grills can be found at the bottom. The 3.5mm headphone jack is present and can be found at the top of the phone.
