Honor Holly 4 Plus

Following the launch of the Honor Holly 4 last month, Honor has now launched an upgraded version of the smartphone dubbed the Honor Holly 4 Plus. However, this is not the successor to the Honor Holly 4 and is larger and comes with a higher price tag.

The Honor Holly 4 Plus spots a 5.5-inch HD display with 720p resolution. This is quite disappointing as the resolution may not suffice for a five and a half inch panel. It is powered by the lower end Snapdragon 435 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage which is further expandable via a microSD card.

The Holly 4 Plus is fuelled up by a massive 4000mAh battery which is a huge improvement from the Honor Holly 4(which included a 3,020mAh battery). This coupled with a low demanding SoC should provide some stellar battery life.

As for optics, the Honor Holly 4 Plus sports a 12MP camera which is improved as compared to the Honor Holly 4. This is backed up by a 8MP selfie shooter with features like a beauty mode included.

The Honor Holly 4 Plus runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with the company’s custom EMUI 5.1 on top. Talking about the pricing, it costs Rs.13,999 which seems pretty high considering that the Redmi Note 4 comes a little cheaper sporting a higher resolution display with a much more powerful SoC.
