As far as the most anticipated phones to launch this year are concerned, the Nokia 3310, Nokia 3,5 and 6 instantly come into mind. Nokia fans have been waiting for the new offerings from Nokia after the company made a comeback at the MWC in Barcelona earlier this year. The company which has manufacturing rights for the Nokia phones, HMD Global is still undecided on when to launch the Nokia phones in the country. According to sources at Gadgets 360, HMD Global could hold an event in the first week of July where the company may launch the Nokia phones. As a recap, the Nokia 3310 is a refresh of the Nokia 3310 Classic smartphone which had a huge market share in the 2000s.
The reports also state that HMD Global is also undecided on whether to launch all the Nokia phones- Nokia 3310, Nokia 3,5 and 6 at the same event or hold seperate events to release the phones. Also known is that the decision will be taken soon and an announcement is expected from the company and if the company decides to hold seperate events, we may see two of the Nokia phones launching in the first week of June. It is still unclear which of the two phones will be launched if they are launched seperately.
Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 are expected to be priced around Rs. 16,000, Rs. 13,000 and Rs. 10,000, respectively as per the pricing announced by Nokia at the MWC earlier this year. The Nokia 3310 (2017) feature phone, on the other hand, is expected to launch in India at roughly Rs. 4,000.
