WE know that Huawei will definitely bring a Mate 10 Pro along with a Mate 10 on October 16. It is also clear that the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro should both get the Kirin 970 SoC, a dedicated AI chip and bezel-less displays. However, today we have a press render that shows the phone in full.
Now, we’ve also seen some leaked live images of the Mate 10 Pro earlier. But this press render shows the rear and some remarkable thin bezels. The press render shared by serial leaker, Evan Blass, shows a thick strip of highlighted colour that runs where the dual cameras are. This is something unique and unseen before. Previously, Blass also reported that there are three Mate 10 models in the making. Now, rumours say there will be four variants adding a Mate 10 Porsche Design to the family like last year.
The Mate 10 Pro and Mate 10 will both sport QHD+ Displays with 18:9 aspect ratios. While the Mate 10 Lite will be the affordable Mate 10 with a Full HD display. Also, it will sport a more conventional 16:9 aspect ratio, as leaked images and CAD renders, have shown.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is also expected to be a great camera phone with the Leica branded lenses on the rear. Talk around the industry is that it will have a f/1.6 aperture like the LG V30. This should help in getting great low light shots.
Huawei has already confirmed the launch keynote will take place on October 16.
