Chinese manufacturer Doogee is rumored to release the world’s first Quad-camera smartphone. According to reports, Doogee X30 will be the company’s next flagship device and will feature impressive specs. The device is said to sport 21MP+21MP dual rear-facing camera and 16MP+16MP dual front-facing camera. If I had been a megapixel person, I would have been impressed with those counts. Unfortunately, I care more about the quality rather than the quantity, so we’ll see about that when it comes out.
Doogee X30 will be powered by Mediatek’s flagship chipset, the 10-core processor Helio X30. Along with Helio X30 is an impressive 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage which is expected to be expandable by microSD card. On top of that is Google’s newest version of Android albeit its not clear which Android Nougat version it will run out of the box.
Other specs includes a 5.7-inch display with 2K resolution, a front-mounted fingerprint sensor and of course, to keep all that energy-hungry specs well fed, Doogee will be packing the device with 4050mAh of high density battery which is also capable of fast-charging.
As of now, the given key specs sounds awesome and very well worthy to be included in flagship category. If the claims are true, Doogee X30 will be the first smartphone to have Quad-camera.
