The ASUS ZenFone 4 series has been formally launched in Taiwan last month. It comprises of half a dozen handsets under the ZenFone 4 banner. ASUS does like to flaunt its flagship series a lot. Now, the company has just sent invites for an event set on September 14 in India. Although the event will also be broadcasted on YouTube, as the QR code leads to that particular feed.

Now, we already know all there is to the ASUS ZenFone 4 to know about. But just to simplify the matter, We can divide the 6 phone into three classes. Each of these classes has some variants too to further complicate the matter.

One is the true flagship class. Two models come into that range. The ASUS ZenFone 4 & ASUS ZenFone 4 Pro.
The second class caters to selfie enthusiasts. It has two models under the class.
ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie & ASUS ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro
The third class comes with big batteries for heavy users. It’s labeled the “Max” class.
The ASUS ZenFone 4 Max and ASUS ZenFone 4 Max Pro come under this class.

Now, it’s unclear whether ASUS plans to sell its whole flagship family in India or just some models. Also, there aren’t any hints from the Taiwanese OEM. However, the #DitchTheSelfieStick seems to hint that the selfie series will especially be sold in India. So, it’s a wait and watch strategy for now.
