Archos has announced a bunch of smartphones today which expands the Archos Diamond lineup as well as the Sense line of smartphones from the French multinational electronics company. The smartphones announced by the company are the Diamond Alpha, Diamond Gamma, Sense 55S and Sense 50X. Among the four smartphones, the Archos Diamond Alpha seems to be the most powerful and even the name suggests it to be superior to all the other smartphones. All the smartphones announced by Archos will be available for purchase in the European market starting this July.

Talking about the specifications of the smartphones, the Archos Diamond Alpha features a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 652 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, 13MP dual camera (RGB + Monochrome) setup on the back, 16MP selfie camera, and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and is priced at 299€. The Archos Diamond Gamma comes with a 5.5-inch IPS display but comes with HD resolution. There’s a Snapdragon 435 chipset under the hood alongside 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable onboard storage. The fingerprint scanner, unlike the Diamond Alpha, is located at the front which also doubles as a home button. The Archos Diamond Gamma is priced at €199. Talking about the Archos Sense 55X and the Sense 50S, the Sense 55X comes with a 5.5-inch display which covers 78% of the front panel. The fingerprint scanner is located on the back just below the 8MP dual camera setup. The Android 7.0 Nougat powered phone comes with 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of expandable onboard storage. Also, there’s a 3,000mAh battery to keep the lights on and the smartphone is priced at €249. The Sense 50X is the most unique of them all with the smartphone designed for rugged users. The smartphone comes with an IP68-certification for dust and water resistance and is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6737T chipset which is hooked to 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. You can buy the Sense 50X for €169.
