IFA Berlin, Europe’s largest tech fair, is supposed to take place in a few days. And as it happens each year, the trade show would serve as a platform for a lot of tech companies to launch their new products. Alcatel, the Nokia owned Finnish-French company, is one of them. Alcatel is expected to launch as much as four devices, during the six day event. The list of phone includes Alcatel U5 HD, A3 Plus and A7 XL and A7 smartphones.

From the list, Alcatel A7 has reportedly made it to the benchmarking website GFXBench, ahead of its launch in IFA 2017. Specifications about the same were also tweeted by Roland Quandt. The device made the appearance as Alcatel 5090, and was found to sport a 5.5” display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Running on Android Nougat, the device was powered by MediaTek MT6750T octa-core processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz. The Mediatek SoC was coupled with a Mali T860 GPU. Looking at the listing, the Alcatel A7 might come in two variants of  3GB/4GB RAM, along with 32GB of onboard storage.

The camera department would be handled by a 16MP shooter at the back, with a 8MP lens at the front for selfies. As of now, it is unclear if the A7 would feature a dual camera setup or not. The handset’s camera would also support Autofocus, face-detection, touch-focus and HDR. Along with that, the device has connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS and WiFi, and accelerometer, gyroscope, light sensor and proximity sensors as well.

Alcatel A7 is expected to have an estimated price of about 250 Euros (~ 18,889INR).
